CSPP 51090 Software Construction Assignment 9 |
| Due: 5:00pm June 3, 2003 |
So we made you write a fairly large test harness after all. All we really want from you is an automated player that can play Bazaar with a central server. With those players, we will conduct a tournament for all programming pairs from Comp 1205 @ NortheasternU and CSSP51090 @ UChicago. The tournament will take place on June 4, 2003. The purpose of the tournament is to judge the cleverness of your player and the quality of your code in a practical manner. Scoring:
Your task is to get your best player program into shape for the tournament and the final code walk. You may spend the final week doing nothing or fixing your currently best player or "breeding" some super-duper player. You must submit and code walk the code that you will run and your server (which you used to test the player). During the final code walk, we will test your code a first time. You will receive both a code walk grade and a grade for the code [8pt]. If you'd like, you can test your protocol implementation against the actual server that will be used for the tournament. Please read the tournament instructions carefully. |
